- Proximity to Hastings St, the kid's swimming pool + river views - very relaxing
- Small hot water system for a 2 bdrm apartment - had to space showers to allow hot water to reheat - would be difficult with a a large family
- Loved being on the ground floor - lovely grassy area for our toddler to run around on
