- The female host over-reacted to my husband accidentally entering a room to have a look and harranged us several times over it making us feel unwelcome
Thank you, Chris, for staying with us. We disagree what you commented about me. We are responsible for all our guests to be protected their privacy and security. When your husband tried to get into a room where other guests are checked in. I had to stop him quickly but with polite words.But no apology from him and I had to make it sure just once again. That's all I did and this is very important thing to do between us. We knew you were enjoying our foods and etc. as other guests. Thank you.
