- Restaurant and pool.
- We extended our stay from 1 night to 3, yet Reception staff were rude and incompetant. Found ourselves locked out twice, hadn't fixed our room key.
- Mr. Agung, rudest Reception Manager ever. No eye contact, no apology, not even able to smile. Incompetent as well.

- room not ready at check-in time, welcome drink, 3 things needed to be repaired sun lounges broken and "tired", inconsistent service and drinks/food
- most staff were pleasant, quite a few could not assist with simple requests (eg booking a restaurant) the internet was vastly improved from last year

- Peaceful a nod relaxing. Really pleasant, friendly staff. Most welcoming.
- Bed was bowed in middle and somewhat uncomfortable. Food in restaurant at buffet was mediocre.
- Shuttle bus service into shopping was great. Runs on the hour into shops and returns on the half hour.
