A MAJOR RENOVATION IS NOW TAKING PLACE AT SEAHAVEN RESORT, OUR NEIGHBOUR ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF OUR PROPERTY. THEY ARE CREATING VARYING LEVELS OF NOISE. MONDAY - SATURDAY ARE THE DAYS THAT ARE NOISE EFFECTED. WHILST WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHAT IS HAPPENING AT SEAHAVEN RESORT WE FEEL THAT WE NEED TO ADVISE YOU OF THE WORK. NOISE HAS BEEN BETWEEN 7.00AM - 4.00PM FOR VARYING LENGTHS OF TIME DEPENDING WHAT THEY ARE DOING. WE TRUST YOU APPRECIATE US ADVISING YOU OF THESE WORKS IN HASTINGS ST.

- no smoking anywhere on the premises, so one had to slink out to the foreshore to have a drag
- out of date tv remote instructions, gate that didn't respond to the key device, an upside down light switch, room not serviced on sunday etc
