- location. Centre of London was walking distance. Also staff who were extremely obliging.
- Air conditioner did not work very well so we felt hot and uncomfortable during the night.

- extremely hot in room due to central heating, they put 2 singles together with single bedding when requested double room and spa not working
- outside entry tiles slippery when wet, wife landed on her bottom & hurt herselfe
