- 4th visit here. A very friendly and economical place to stay. Nice and quiet at night.
- The parking is limited
- Good easy access to main roads into Hobart. The front rooms have lovely water views

- big tv in room and microwave
- key rthat slots in for the electricity to stay on. note hehind the door that if you lock yourself out accidently there is a $35 call out fee!
- not quite enough parking spaces

- Value for money
- Closest place to eat was a drive away.
- Looks a dump from outside but friends recommended it and we weren't disappointed.
