Tanunda is in the heart of the Barossa. All the wineries are close by or perhaps you would like to go to Maggie Beers Farmshop where you can have tastings or enjoy lunch in the restuarant overlooking the lake. Angaston is a pretty town where you can go to the the South Australian Company Store for the best gourmet products or The Angas Park fruit company for your quality dried fruits and nuts. Do you play golf? Tanunda has a golf course which is open to the public 7 days and visitors are welcome. Maybe you would prefer to visit the Lavender Farm near Lyndoch or go to the Whispering Wall just out of Williamstown for a picnic lunch. At the end of the day you could sit near our lake and watch the sunset [which is beautiful most nights] with the bottle of wine that you purchased that day from your preferred winery. We will supply you with some wine glasses, and bread for Lucy the Goose.
