La Residence d’Angkor is a deluxe boutique hotel built with a tribute to fascinating Khmer architecture, located on the shores of Siem Reap River, a stone throw away from the busy local markets and minutes away from awe-inspiring Angkor Wat.

All the below listed activities can be booked prior to, or after your arrival in the hotel.
Angkor: One of the most important archeological sites in Southeast Asia (UNESCO World Heritage Site). It was once the capital city of the Khmer Empire, now an abundance of temple ruins still exist.
Tonle Sap Lake: One of Cambodia’s most prominent features that includes a diversity of water birds and fish, but mostly famous for its floating villages where communities base their life on the lake. Only a 20 min. drive from Siem Reap.
Silk Farm: One of Cambodia’s rural industries producing fine silks. Take the pleasure in finding out the entire process of silk making.
Old Market: A traditional market where you will find locals buying food. Also, it is a place to buy souvenirs at “bargain” prices. A variety of bars and restaurants are also close by.
Elephant Ride: You can take an elephant ride while you are at Bakheng mountain from around 4pm to 6pm. This is a particularly good time to enjoy the sunset.
Horseback Riding: Enjoy a guided trail ride or horseback riding lessons.
Golf Courses: There are two 18-hole golf courses in and around Siem Reap. The hotel will happily make arrangements.
Quad Biking: 45 minutes to Full day tours offered for trips around Siem Reap.
Hot Air Balloon: A 15 minute trip that is a great way for you to view and take photos of the Angkor Temples.
Helicopter Rides: Scenic flights will allow you to see the Angkor Temples from a high distance.
