Summer days are long. The ocean stays warm all year round.
Julians a perfect place to escape the crowds while staying at a prime address.
Airport transfers are available but arrangements must be made in advance.
Plenty to do from snorkelling, skin diving, fishing and surfing (schools for beginners and kids), hang gliding (tandem), walking, sight seeing, sea kayaking, guided tours of the surrounding area or self-drive. Push bike around town. Holiday hire surfboards, push bikes and beach gear is available in town. Information at the office.

Surfing
Byron must be the most surfed place on the east coast. Julians is only a short walk to the famous Pass which works on any swell and a southerly wind direction. Walk to the Pass, surf all the way to Clarkes beach, then walk 100 meters back to Julians.
When the Northerly wind blows its only 1.2 km to Tallow Beach which is on the open beach side.
Wategos Beach, the Cape and Little Wategos, the Belongil Beach are only a short drive from Julians. The Wreck is right on the Main Beach carpark.
Broken Head and back beaches are 10 minutes south of Byron while Lennox head is half hour drive south.
