The Bund
Proper name: Zhongshan Road
Regarded as the symbol of Shanghai, the Bund is a display of many building of different styles. On the east band of the Huangpu River is the new Pudong Area, with high-rise banking buildings, the world's third highest tower - "Jinmao Tower", Shanghai's new symbol - "Oriental Pearl TV Tower", and more...Walk along the Bund, by the Huangpu River, you will be enchanted by its character-especially in the evening.

Huangpu River Cruise
Huangpu River, the Mother River of Shanghai, is 112 kilometers long. On the cruise, you will enjoy different landscapes on each side of the river, showing old and new Shanghai and a bird's eye view of this busy working river.

Oriental Pearl TV Tower
The tower is 468 meters high, and is one of the tallest structures in Asia. It is referred to by the Chinese as "two dragons playing with a pearl". The tower soars over the Huangpu River from the Pudong side and, at night, dramatic lighting highlights this unusual structure.

Hengshan Road
Only two kilometers long, it boasts dozens of big and small entertainment facilities. There are luxuriant French plane trees, lampposts on both side walks, as well as buildings of European-style architecture from the 1920s and 30s.

Century Park
The largest park in the city and only 1-stop away on the Metro or a 20-minutes-walk. Hire a bike, rent a boat or walk and enjoy the scenery!

Yuyuan Garden
Famous for its pavilions, chambers, towers, hails, ponds and rocks, this is a typical Chinese garden with more than 400 years of history. Outside the garden is the City God Temple Bazaar, a place famous for shopping and Shanghainese snacks.

Shanghai Old Street
Closed by Yuyan Garden, this 825 metres-long street is a popular sightseeing spot. The buildings along the street are mainly in the architectural styles of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Many shops stand along the street, including restaurants, bakeries, souvenir shops, antiques stalls and much more...

Shanghai Grand Theater
Occupying an area of 11,528 square metres, it consists of three halls, with the stages having the largest and most advanced automatic facilities in Asia. The main auditorium can seat 1800 people.

Jade Buddha Temple
This temple is well known for its fine stately jade statues of Sakyamuni, kept in their Jade Buddha Chamber-a sitting one and a reclining one, which were brought from Buddhism is the main religion in Shanghai. Longhua Temple & Longhua Pagoda
As the oldest Budhist temple and pagoda in Shanghai, these building were originally built during the Three-kingdom Period 1800 years old. The "Sunset Bell of the Longhua Temple and Pagoda" is one of the best sights in Shanghai.

Jin'an Temple
A delightful temple with distinctive yellow walls on famous Nanjing Rd. (W), it presents a wonderful blend of tradition and modernity.
