- Ideal location. big and safe hotel in the busiest area of Bangkok metropolitan
- Pricey, the rooms are getting old and worn out
- Hotel asked for a 1000 BHT deposit despite the room was fully paid for through wotif. We tried to extend our stay but was told it's booked out.

- Nice room
- Reception was RUDE because I booked on WOTIF and they had no record of my booking I would never book this hotel again
- Soi 22 is for a Bar area with bad traffic most of the time. Who are you marketing too?
