- A bit noisy but it is in the CBD

- Location. Very handy to Queen St, Viaduct and Sky City.
- First room I was allocated had not been cleaned. Unmade beds and bathroom linen lying around.
- Staff very helpful re parking. Able to park in the street from 6pm until 8am free of charge.
