- Management helped reschedule my stay due to illness, room upgrade deal was very good
- Only stayed one night, restaurant closed Sunday night though a limited room service option is available
- Very easy walk across carpark to shops, cafes and Pinewood cinema and staff are lovely

- The spa
- No worst thing really was overall a pretty good stay.
- Lots of shops close by very quiet n lovely little gardens.

- No microwave; No gym

Unfortunaletly being a property of only 38 rooms we do not offer gym facilities but we do have microwave ovens available on request.
