Holbrook Settlers Motel is a family owned motel. Comfortable, affordable and friendly. The quietest Motel in town. Set back from the highway on 3 acres with a large grassed area between the two rows of units. The Motel is very family friendly with a children's playground and large NEW swimming pool and a very pleasant rural outlook. The 16 rooms are being refurbished an feature 32" or 36" LCD televisions, DVD player (with free DVD Hire), Microwave, Split System reverse cycle Air Conditioning, new thick laminated windows, security doors, fly screens and WIFI Internet Access.

Holbrook is close to the beautiful Upper Murray Region, Kosciousko National Park and the Rutherglen Winegrowing District.
Short trips around the Holbrook district will take you past some of the best farmlands in the State, as well as numerous cattle studs for which this district is renowned.
One trip not to be missed is from the township of Jingellic, east of Holbrook, along the River Road. This follows the mighty Murray for many kilometres with several drive-off spots to picnic. The scenery is magnificent!
