- Ideal location. Room was on 8th level with balcony overlooking greenmount beach. Just perfect.
- Walking distance to everything we needed. and when we came back well after reception closing hours there was a security guard to open the door

- Price and location
- Only one lift working has been that way for last year. Sometimes huge delays in getting the lift.
- Breakfast has been trimmed back to the point (eg instant coffee instead of ground) where it is no longer worth the cost.
