The Emerald sits only a 7-8 minute walk from the heart of Surfers Paradise - Cleanliness is paramount - Round Spa's off master bedrooms and second ensuite off the second bedroom - All units have the mattress protectors washed after each guest leaves - we have some units already available with child safety locks on sliding doors and on push out windows, eventually having all with the child safety locks placed in all units so mums and dads can really rest and enjoy their holiday as well.

- The views and amount of balcony
- It was very dated and wasn't worth the initial price due to the cleanliness displayed
- There were large stains on the carpet, however fantastic pool and very close to cavil avenue
