- Great breakfast, helpful staff at desk, close to auckland uni
- No parking even though free parking was part of the deal. Waiter at the Resturant sucked

- Room 404 backs onto lift shaft \ wet wall, could hear lifts and toilets flushing all night :( had to put on aircon unit to drown out noise.
- Restaurant food and room service food was high quality.
