The Chateau Beachside has a strict credit card policy. All guests must be over 18 & show ID and also produce the personal credit card used to pay upon arrival.In addition a security deposit is taken by Credit Card pre authorization or if Credit Card is not available $200 cash will be required. We reserve the right of refusal if these conditions are not met. Office Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 8.00pm, Sunday & Public Holiday 8.00am to 6.00pm. Bookings need to be made one hour before Reception closes to be accepted for same day arrival.
