- away from the hustle and bustle of auckland and great for long walks on the beach or along the cliffs
- cd player missing (was replaced next day), no bath as we were put in the wheelchair accessible room without knowing, 300 people for orienteering day 2
- stayed in a studio and hardly noticed our neighbors but might splash out on a chalet next time for more space

- Location, overlooking the sea and away from civilisation.
- The drive in the dark to get there as few street lights.
- The restaurant served fresh local produce to a high quality.
