- Very welcoming and friendly. Gave very good tips on what and where to go.
- the town was a minutes walk, the beach not far.
Our prices are seasonally adjusted and naturally January is the month where rates are at a premium.

- Location
- Not as pet friendly as described
- not very private, thin walls, hear all noises in the hallway. Would only suit if you were in the room for a very short amount of time
We allow pets to guests in the back rooms that open to the rear enclosed garden, but urban dwellings are never perfect for that sort of thing and we currently have that matter under review. December can be a busy time so maybe noisier than usual. We have had few complaints about noise over the 5 years of being in this business.
