Appreciate your feedback Annette and sorry to hear your sleep was interupted. However, unless you bring things to our attention at the time it makes it difficult to attend to - telling us at check-out everything was fine leaves us a bit confused - we ask if there were any issues so that if there is a problem we can attend to it where possible..

- Location. Staff were always helpfull
- A tired interior. No view as so many trees shaded the lounge, making it a little too dark.
Hi Bruce - degree of shade from palms depends on the time of year. To cut them back too much would detract from the tropical garden / oasis type atmosphere.

- Short walk to beaches, surf club and restaurants
- No lifts and lots of stairs. Thank god we were in the first level.
- Washing machine was ancient and inefficient. Needed upgrading.
Thanks for the feedback Colin. The washing machine has subsequently been upgraded - stairs are there to stay.
