There is 3 styles of accommodation to choose from, the baden apartments offer traditional apartment style accommodation while the surfside villas are spacious and multi-story and our new individual Bluewater Lodges.

These include the Carlo Sand Blow, Coloured Sands, canoeing, Fraser Island tours, Tin Can Bay ferry & dolphin feeding (seasonal), horse riding, golf, bushwalking in Great Sandy National Park, Cooloola Section, 4WD hire, paragliding, reef diving and fishing charters.
