- Broken lounge chair, ensuit door off rails and broken, Balcony slyding doors almost impossible to open bed door handle broken.
- This appartment is suffering a sevear lack of maintanence

- Right across the road from the beach. Wake up to an ocean sunrise, fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Bliss!
- Carting recycling down to the basement is a bit of a mission
