The new Boscolo Palace Roma is situated in Via Veneto, Rome’s most elegant and fashionable street and the centrepiece of the Dolce Vita. This architectural jewel was designed by Marcello Piacentini in the 1920s and restored to its former glory by the talent of Italo Rota with a design concept which was able to create a fluid interaction between interior and exterior.

Visitors are welcomed in an incredible location to the Boscolo Palace Roma, a majestic period building, situated in the prestigious Via Veneto, in front of the American Embassy and right in Rome’s historic centre, between the Spanish Steps and the Villa Borghese. Studded with villas of the patrician families in the Imperial period, Via Veneto became the emblem of Rome’s Belle Époque at the beginning of the twentieth century, with its modern hotels, luxury boutiques and refined Parisian-style street cafés. In the nineteen-fifties and –sixties it became the setting for the Dolce Vita, the destination of artists and cinema stars. In memory of that magical period there is the small and elegant Dogs’ Fountain next to the hotel’s entrance, the only one of its kind.
