From mid July to end of October each year the majestic humpback whales make the pristine waters of Hervey Bay their domain and a whale watching tour is an enthralling experience.
Fishing from the numerous piers, small hire boats, in the nearby rivers or from charter boats over the outside reefs.
Visit the Southern Great Barrier Reef on a day tour to Lady Elliot Island or stopover if you wish.Diving, snorkeling, coral and sea life viewing.
