Rod & Barry invite you to experience Barnsley House Bed & Breakfast, Beechworth's most elegant B & B, Circa 1859. Set amongst large formal gardens, our beautifully appointed Victorian/Edwardian home offers our guests a choice of five luxury retreats, individually decorated with original antiques. All retreats have ensuites, 2 have spas, and one has a claw foot bath. All have showers. All retreats have split system heating/cooling, 3 have open fires, everything required for a romantic and relaxing retreat.

Only a 5-6 minute walk thru the reserve to restaurants, galleries, stores, Lake Sambell and many other of Beechworth's attractions. For the energetic we have the Rail Trail at our back door, providing an ideal central base for touring this great North East Region.
Breakfast is provided as a full country style breaky with great espresso coffee and is served in the conservatory/dining room at your leisure. Gift Vouchers are a popular gift that can be arranged on request.

Local Attractions: Many award winning wineries, swimming at Lake Sambell or the Gorge pools, bike riding and walking trails through beautiful bushland, galleries, award winning restaurants and antique stores.
Beechworth is also centrally located between other great towns such as Yackandandah, Bright, Milawa Gourmet Region (home of Brown Bros Wines and Milawa Cheese), Rutherglen, Chiltern and Myrtleford.
Our snow fields are located only an hour from Beechworth and also many National Parks.
