- Limited communications from manager to guests, eg not informed of renovations in another unit, if known we would have went out for the day

- Shabby, old, inefficient air con
Thank you for your review and its pleasing to note our location is appealing. Just a few steps to Burleigh Beach is a wonderful position. I apologise for your dissatisfaction regarding some issues. Reception staff are always available to organise cleaning if necessary and our service issue has been addressed. All units are presented differently and our air conditioners are continually being checked. We look forward to offering you a more satisfactory experience in the future.

- The Unit had a poor AC to hot all day & night, kitchen infested with cockroaches poo on crockery, bed linen had blood stain, poor value for money.
