- Undercover parking, quiet street overlooking a park only blocks from Darling Harbour. A good spacious room (single + queen)
- Fickle hot water (i.e. a cold shower that then scalds you), an (unbearably) noisy air conditioner and drawers with the previous occupants' food!
- The place is old and the carpets threadbare in places, but overall it's brilliant value when you just need a place for the family (+car) to sleep.
