Dear Heidi It is very disappointing to read your review as we were unaware there were issues for you. We do sincerely apologise. If we had been made aware that you were unsatisfied during your week long stay we most certainly would have acted promptly to fix anything and reclean as necessary. All units do have airconditioners in the lounge but we realise you traveled in January which wast he hottest time ever. We all seemed to melt! - Can't think of anything
- Was a busy weekend with Masters Games however this place did not put up their prices like every other place. Thanks for the good deal.

- Great views if you're located on the higher floors, value for money, close to bus stop
- reception is small and opening hours are relatively limited, location is not ideal, reception and lifts need renovation
- Definitely worth the visit, value for money, clean and pleasant apartments
