BEACH AND WATER SPORT :
Hua Hin beach is well-known for its spectacular sunrises. The white sand makes it one of the best beach stretches on the Gulf of Thailand. For those simply relaxing there are plenty of deckchairs, sun loungers and beach umbrellas available for a small hourly charge. Those who are a little more adventurous can take pony rides whilst water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, para-sailing, water-skiing and jet-skiing with equipment rented from the main hotels, Hua Hin Beach is only 10 minutes from our resorts.

WALKS AND TREKKING :
Hua Hin with its naturally beautiful landscape provides lots of opportunities for walking. Visit the Pala-U Waterfall by trekking along a trail parallel to its stream or go on guided walks to National Parks. These parks are unrivalled anywhere in the world and are showcases of the best wildlife habitats in western Thailand. Or, simply wander along the many stretches of beautiful coastline, whiling the day away at beachside cafés and bars.

ELEPHANT RIDING :
Starting at the nearby Elephant Village, you can take an elephant ride through a dense jungle and enjoy the beautiful sites and scenery of Hua Hin. You can also feed the elephants, an exciting and unforgettable experience.

SNORKELING AND DIVING :
The Resort can make arrangements for a diving excursion, with approved local dive operators . There are opportunities for snorkeling and diving by private speed boat or cruising down the spectacular coastline south of Hua Hun along to Chumporn province to explore the exquisite coral reefs and abundance of marine life around there.

ISLANDS CRUISING :
Treat yourself to a taste of luxury of a private boat on an island or Sunset Cruise, sailing down the spectacular coastline south of Hua Hin to Takiab Mountain, Kraloak Mountain and Mangrove Swamps.

FISHING :
Catch-and-release fishing should be practiced to preserve the availability of this thrilling adventure sports in the western Gulf of Thailand.

SIGHT SEEING :
Immerse yourself in Thailand’s rich and diverse culture, tradition, history and Tropical Nature with a variety of sightseeing excursions, conducted by approved operators selected by our concierge.Visit Marukathayawan Palace, the summer residence of King Rama VI, or the ancient temple of Mahathat with a Khmer style pagoda similar to that of Angkor. Experience the famous floating market of Damnoen Saduak on a boat trip along the canals, see the infamous Bridge Over the River Kwai and the JEATH war museum at Kanchanaburi, or delight in the natural tropical exuberance of the nearby national parks.

KAYAKING:
Experience the extraordinary mountain and marsh scenery of Sam Roi Yod National Park on a kayaking tour. The kayak route along the mangrove trail affords excellent opportunities to view a variety of habitats and wildlife, including monitor lizards, crabs, kingfishers, herons, egrets and other colorful bird life.

GOLFING :
Six world-class golf courses fall within a 20 minute drive from AKA Resort, with several championship golf courses within 10 minutes of the resort.

Royal Hua Hin Golf Course, the oldest and nearest golf course, located in the town centre with a panoramic view of the gulf of Thailand.

Springfield Royal Country Club an extensive championship course, designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The Majestic Creek Country Club, located inland from Hua Hin, with a course surrounded by armland.

Imperial Lake view Golf Club, featuring lakes, hidden greens, palm trees and well-defined fairways. Tennis and squash are also available.

Palm Hills Golf Resort, a fantastic golf course with friendly caddies and staffs as well as great club house.
