Agincourt Guest House is a large,gracious,farmhouse,built in the Cape Vernacular style.Situated in the beautiful Franschhoek Valley,at the foot of the Middagkrans Mountain.Agincourt stands in it's own grounds of 1 1/2 acres,with breath taking views over the dam and trees,to valleys and mountains beyond.Surrounded by vineyards,and approached by a private road,the setting is very tranquil and secure.
Within the house there are eight very spacious - minimum 35 sq mtrs - ensuite bedrooms.All rooms have heating and ceiling fans,and all bathrooms have heated towel rails.

Franschhoek – Spectacular Style and Exquisite Food
Franschhoek spoils its visitors for choice when it comes to wining and dining. Visit the Drakenstein prison (known as the Victor Verster prison) – this was where Mr Nelson Mandela took his first steps to freedom in 1990. View the beautiful bronze statue erected in 2010 to commemorate 20 years of freedom.

The wine lands covers the whole Boland, with Stellenbosch, Paarl and Somerset West being the most popular for wining, dining and teeing-off on immaculate golf courses. Explore historical Stellenbosch by foot with its oak tree lined streets, quaint shops and cafes or take in the local innovative cellars, mosey on to classical Somerset West, where you will find the majestic Vergelegen Estate, beautiful views, all in very close proximity to the beach and boasting one of the Cape’s largest shopping malls.
Experience the quirky town of Paarl, the town nestled under the glistening ‘Pearl’ mountain. This town is home to the Afrikaans Taal Monument, KWV brandies and has a 12km long main road, the longest in South Africa, and offers a combination of Boland charm and traditional hospitality.
