The Douglas Apsley National Park at Bicheno offers a change from beaches with freshwater rock swimming pools and shaded park/bush walks. At Bicheno you can also take a guided tour of the penguin rookeries, visit the aquarium, wild-life park and capture that precious picture shot at the Blowhole near the Gulch where the glass bottom boat operates to show you some of the wonders of the sea.
