The property is located within the Stanthorpe township and provides easy access to the many attractions of the Granite Belt – wineries, bush walks, specialty attractions such as an olive farm, berry and fruit farms, lavender farms, markets, and many more.

31 the rocks is in a quiet location, but close to the highway and provides easy access to the many attractions of the area.

For the energetic person - take a bushwalk in the four National Parks - Bald Rock National park has the second largest rock in Australia to Uluru (Ayers Rock); Girraween National Park is picturesque good for walking and bird watching; Boonoo Boonoo National Park is near Tenterfield; and Sundown National Park.

For the wine buffs or quaffers, the Granite Belt is the premier Wine District in Queensland with each winery offering something unique for visitors. There are more than 30 wineries in the area with cellar door sales, some with dining and/or picnic facilities. All are within easy reach of Stanthorpe either by private vehicle or even better, by taking an organised bus tour.

For the driving enthusiast, take a drive along one of the many tourist drives in the area.

The Granite Belt also offers many other attractions such as, olive farm, berry and fruit farms, lavender farm, maze, jams & preserve shops, markets, galleries, and quality restaurants.

The area is also noted for our festivals, Apple & Grape Festival, Spring Wine Festival, Fruit Harvest in summer, Brass Monkey Season, wildflowers and wildlife.

Snuggle up in front of a log fire in winter, or escape the humidity in summer. Any time of the year is a good time to visit Stanthorpe.
