TRAVELLING FROM MELBOURNE: Take first exit for Wodonga on the left (this is Melbourne Road). Best Western Stagecoach Motel is the second motel on left. TRAVELLING FROM SYDNEY: Take Melrose Drive /Wodonga Tafe/LaTrobe Uni exit (located 2 km past Wodonga City centre exit) continue left and turn right at second round-a-bout (this is Melbourne Road). Best Western Stagecoach Motel is first Motel on right. TRAVELLING FROM THREDBO/CORRYONG ON MURRAY VALLEY HIGHWAY: Turn right at High Street Roundabout (near water tower)then turn left at next traffic lights, this is Elgin Boulevarde which becomes Melbourne Road. Travel through four roundabouts and Best Western Stagecoach Motel is the first motel on right after Melrose drive roundabout. TRAVELLING FROM BEECHWORTH: Continue straight ahead into High Street through roundabout near water tower and turn left at next traffic lights, this is Elgin Boulevarde which becomes Melbourne Road. Wodonga is centrally located to the snowfields, the many wineries in the Rutherglen and Kiewa areas and historic townships of Chiltern, Yakandandah and Beechworth. Also the area provides wonderful country drives to the Kiewa Valley, Tallangatta Valley and to the highlands towards the Snowy Mountains. Wodonga Country Club Golf Course is only minutes away. Shopping precints and sporting facilities are abundandt as are the many and varied restaurants, cafes, clubs and hotels in the nearby vicinity. |
