If it is surfing you want, there is always a wave to be caught at one of Yamba's many beaches, or at famous Angourie. Yamba is also at the mouth of the mighty Clarence River estuary, home to the best esturine fishing on the East Coast or you can try your luck on the beaches or the headlands as well as the very rewarding spit wall. Yamba Golf Club is a pleasure for the advanced Golfer as well as the novice. For the Golf tragic there is also Maclean & Iluka courses nearby to be challenged. |
