The Cosmopolitan Motel & Serviced Apartments is a modern complex featuring 22 motel rooms (3.5 star) and 15 luxury serviced apartments (4 star). We cater to the discerning traveller providing a wide range of accommodation types from double motel rooms, family rooms, 1 bedroom apartments with separate bedroom, lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities and 3 bedroom which can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

The Cosmopolitan is located in the CBD of Rockhampton, 1 street back from the beautiful Fitzroy River and the peaceful River Walk which leads to the shopping precinct, Art Gallery, Pilbeam Theatre, restaurants and sporting facilities.

All of our rooms feature air conditioning, free Austar television and undercover parking. On site facilities include a conference room suitable for a maximum of 20 people, sparkling pool and BBQ area and a licensed Cafe for all day dining and room service.

Rates are for 2 people in a Queen Bed, $6 fee for twin share using extra single bed. Up to 2 extra guests can be accommodated using 2 x single beds; maximum 4 people per room. Extra guest rate is $10 per person.
Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $10.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total.
