The living area and kitchen are very spacious with full cooking facilities, including dishwasher. Gas Heating, Ducted cooling, electric blankets, TV/VCR/DVD, CD stereo, free local telephone/internet access. Main bedroom has a Queen Bed and Second Bedroom has a Double and Single Bed or Double Bed only (Apt 1). All beds have electric blankets and Quilts. Apartments sleep 6 or 7 persons, please specify no. of guests when booking. Bathroom with bath and shower, hairdryer provided. Complimentary toiletries and washing powder is supplied. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and clothes dryer. Plunger Coffee and Tea provisions are supplied. All linen and towels are provided. Portable Cots and highchairs available at no cost on request. A Gas BBQ is also supplied to each apartment and an undercover area is available for cooking BBQ's in all weather conditions. Pets are welcome. Please phone immediately after booking to advise us if you are bringing pets. Main bedroom has a King Bed and Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Third Bedroom has a Queen Bed. All beds have electric blankets and Quilts. Double Sofa bed in lounge room. Foldaway single bed can be supplied on request. Bathroom with bath and shower, hairdryer provided. Complimentary toiletries and washing powder is supplied. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and clothes dryer. A fully automated Saeco Espresso Coffee Machine will grind fresh coffee beans and make exquisite coffee. Maps can be collected from the Visitor Information Centre on the Jubilee Highway. APARTMENTS: Apartments on Tolmie is located at 27A Tolmie Street, Turn Right off Penola Road, North of the Jubilee Highway. If travelling from Melbourne, turn right onto Penola Road at main roundabout (McDonalds). If travelling from Adelaide via Princes Hwy (Jubilee Hwy) turn left at main roundabout (McDonalds)onto Penola Road. If travelling from Adelaide via Riddoch Hwy you will travel along Penola Road and Tolmie Street is located on the left as you enter Mount Gambier. AIRPORT: Mount Gambier Airport is located 10km North of the Apartments on the Riddoch Highway. If travelling from the Airport via Riddoch Hwy you will travel along Penola Road and Tolmie Street is located on the left as you enter Mount Gambier. TAXIS: Mount Gambier has several Taxi services. |

| Things To Do |
Visit the famous Blue Lake, located approx 3kms from the Apartments or 4kms from the House. The Coonawarra Wine Region is 30 minutes drive North of Mount Gambier and has more than 20 winery cellar doors open daily for wine tasting. The World Heritage listed Naracoorte caves are 1 hours drive North, other caves and sinkholes are scattered throughout the local region. Only 4 1/2 hours from either Adelaide or Melbourne and an ideal stopover when travelling the Great Ocean Road. Mount Gambier is the largest regional centre in South Australia and the city offers some fabulous restaurants open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
