With an emphasis on privacy, Crystal Creek Rainforest Retreat is ideal for a romantic getaway, secluded honeymoon or for those just wanting to escape. Eight luxury, self-contained bungalows, all privately located and fully self-contained with all amenities including king size beds, fully equipped kitchen, quality flat screen TV/DVD/stereo and an intimate large double spa bath. With floor to ceiling windows and rainforest views for you to relax in day or night rain or shine. Take a picnic pack and go on a romantic walk along one of our many secluded tracks through the rainforest, swim in crystal pools, relax on hammocks over the creek or indulge in a soothing massage then settle into the double spa and gaze out onto the pristine rainforest. Hidden in the rainforest on the NSW/Qld border our 250 acre private rainforest hideaway is reserved exclusively for our guests to enjoy the unrivaled seclusion and privacy. In operation now for some 17 years and winner of the Australian Tourism Award for Excellence and 17 other International, state and regional awards. Select gourmet meals from our menu, created by executive chef Barry Forrester 'Baz' for private candle lit dining in your bungalow (24 hours notice is required) or you can self cater in the comfort of your fully equipped kitchen or your stainless steel BBQ on your private deck. We do not have sit down restaurant facilities. |

Crystal Creek Rainforest Retreat is located in the beautiful Tweed Valley on the NSW and Queensland border just 45 minutes from Gold Coast Airport 110 minutes from Brisbane and is only accessible by car. Hire car is available from the airport or luxury limousine transfers can be arranged. Maps and directions are available. |

Nestled in the picturesque Tweed Valley surrounded by five World Heritage Listed National Parks all open to the public. Visit country markets, villages, cafes, galleries including the regional art gallery which is home to the Moran Portrait Prize (The worlds richest portrait award). The north coasts magnificent beaches are only 35 minutes drive and the restaurants and attractions of Byron Bay are a mere 55 minutes. The Gold Coast theme parks are only an hour away. |
