Things To Do Just 15 kilometres from Bali's airport, Ngurah Rai International Airport, and within easy access of Denpasar, Kuta and the shopping village of Ubud, Mentari Sanur is a village within Sanur Village, an oasis on a paradise island

Sanur is on the leeward side of the island, with serene sunrises and gentle waves. Kuta is known for its surfing waves and colourful bazaars and is only half an hour from the city centre of Denpasar. Ubud is a centre of Balinese painting and fine arts and is situated north of Sanur, a short drive away.

Bali has over 10,000 temples, the most important of which is the Temple of Besakih (Pura Besakih) on the slopes of Gunung Agung, with over 80 shrines to the various gods and spirits; Pura Ulun Danu stands out against the backdrop of the smoking volcano of Mount Batur.

Bali also offers mist-shrouded volcanoes and cool mountain lakes as well as terraced rice fields and golden beaches lapped by azure waters; in fact, every square inch of Bali offers unforgettable images that will remain in the memory forever
