Silverton Apartments is a 3.5 - 4 star fully self-contained holiday destination. Offering full resort facilities with heated pool all year round. SCHOOLIES WEEKS BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS 1 - Are you a school leaver? 2 - Do you understand that schoolies weeks are for school leavers ONLY? 3 - Do you understand that you will be required to present your school/ and or drivers licence identification in order collect your schoolies pass and check in to your accommodation? 4 - Do you Understand that you will be required to pay a bond of $200 per person per apartment? 5 - Do you understand that every school leaver in this apartment is required to present a passport size photo with their name written on the back for their apartment pass? (Please provide resort with bank account details to refund bond within 14 days, unless damages have occurred). 6 - Have you read the house rules available on our website? 8 - Do you understand that by making this booking and deposit there are no Cancellations? Perfectly located beside the main river with gorgeous views for families and couples for a short break or long stay. Relax with a glass of wine on your balcony watching the ever changing water activities and lights, and directly opposite the resorts you have handy restaurants, bars and takeaway shops. Silverton offers guests a pontoon which is great for fishing, and boat access and special occassions . Only 800mtrs to Cavill Mall- centre of Surfers Paradise, 1.2km to Gold Coast Convention Centre, Broadbeach & Casino(By car 2 mins). Turf Club only 3km, Tourist Busstop directly opposite the resort to all the Titans Home Games at Skill Park, or Carrara Stadium for the AFL. Only 200 metre walk to safety of patrolled surf beach. Bus stop to all theme parks located at resort exit. Silverton Apartments is a children friendly location. Complete tour desk at Reception. We have huge heated swimming pool & spa which offers guests an undisturbed view of the water craft, mainriver and hinterland. The pool area has over 100mtrs of main river grassed areas to sit and read, or watch the kids swim - in the childrens wading pool. Full size tennis court, BBQ Area, table tennis, fully equipped gym, sauna's,50 Free Digital Foxtel which include movies, sports, music, travel, documentary and overseas news channels, TV, FREE games at reception for kids, Small KIOSK, Free Library from reception and DVD Movie Hire. Internet Cafe at reception level, can also access Skype download Documents, Wifi. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments have either undisturbed direct main river and hinterland views or ocean and surfers paradise night light views, with private balcony. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments all have gorgeous undisturbed direct main river and hinterland views with 2 bathrooms and ensuite. Some 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments also offer ocean views from the 6th floor upwards as well as main river views with big balconies. Air-conditioning is subject to availablility.All apartments have ceiling fans. Silverton Apartments tries to honour all guests requests, requests are subject to availability and are unable to be guaranted and apartments are allocated on day of arrival. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments only on balconies. Guests that choose to smoke inside the apartments will be subject to a charge to restore the apartment to its previous condition. RECEPTION HOURS: Mon to Fri 0800 to 1700 Sat 0800 to 1200 Sun 0830 to 1030 Please note: Guests may arrive after 5pm But that arrive after 5pm MUST MAKE CONTACT with the resort by phone or email during office hours ONLY to advise of arrival time and provide the resort with additional information for arrivals after 5pm. Guests who choose not to call or email the resort if arriving after 5pm will incurr a CALL OUT FEE OF $50.00. Please make sure you call or emial if you are arriving after 5pm you can call the office during office hours and request late arrival procedure and no fee will be incurred. Credit Card details must be provided when calling the resort if arriving after 5pm and a $200.00 incidental deposit will be taken and returned on departure. Please note: it can take up to 4 working days for $200.00 deposits to be presented back to your credit card account. PLEASE NOTE:Bookings made on the same day of arrival must ARRIVE BEFORE 5PM or no entry. Please call reservations if you have any concerns about your booking during office hours. If guests are arriving outside these hours they need to make contact with the resort- please contact reception. We look forward to your arrival. Happy Holidays Body Corporate ByLaws and resort terms and conditions must be adhered to just like any other guest. please note if bylaws or resort terms and conditions are not adhered to eviction will take place. The resort or managers will take no responsibility for persons whom are evicted. Each student must supply are emergency contact number to the resort and sign all relevant arrival terms and conditions before checkin takes place. Pass port size photo must be sent or bought to the resort on arrival for resort ID. The resort offers 3 free sausage sizzles throughout the week for students. if anyone is unsure of terms and conditions DONT BOOK as once you have booked and you do not meet the resort terms and conditions for schoolies no refund will be given under any circumstances. Any bookings made by credit card - Credit card holder must be able to sign. If this is your parents credit card you must have parents consent before booking.Credit Card Authorisation form will be sent to your parents for security and identity procedures to ensure cardholder safety. If you have any other questions please contact wotif before booking. Every guest must be a school leaver. . Schoolies Festival Students/Parents who make reservations/bookings providing false, inaccurate or incomplete details such as age/number of guests and Schoolies Festival purpose of stay - or who disregard Silverton's above stated Schoolies Festival position will have that booking/reservation cancelled, deposit forfeited and no alternative accommodation will be provided. |

Shuttle buses from all airports or taxis. Gold Coast Airport(Coolangatta)27.9km Brisbane Airport 1hour 15mins, train Connect is an easy transportation option directly from the Airport. Easy access from all destinations. Please call or email the resort if you would like them to orgainse your transfers, or give you a quote. Flight Details and arrival departure times are required for bookings to be made. Please notify resort of your approx arrival time, if making your own way to the resort. We are happy for guests to arrive from 8.00am in the morning, and leave your bags at reception until your apartment is ready. You can enjoy the facilities, or go off for breakfast or lunch directly across the road at the shops. You can visit silvertons mainpage of the website for tours and transfers optionsor email the resort directly and we can forward links. |

Silverton is very close to all Gold Coast attractions. Theme Parks Approx 15 kilometres, Dreamworld a little further. Do nothing sit back in our gorgeous pool area with a beer or wine and watch the boats go by. The onsite Managers are locals of 22 years and are more than happy to suggest all sorts of things to do even the inexpensive options. Fishing off the pontoon. Movie World, Seaworld, Dreamworld, Wet" n" Wild , Australian OutBack Show and much more. A winery Tour. Sufers Paradise Markets on Wed & Fri nights from 5.30 pm - 10.00pm. Running & Cycling Paths.
