Our self-contained and self-serviced apartments are surrounded by Kangaroo Point’s restaurants and cosmopolitan cafés. Each air conditioned apartment includes fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom (hairdryers available on request), as well as a private balcony or patio. Each has a living area offering a TV with Foxtel and DVD player. Rivercity Gardens offer free secure car parking for guests and visitors, free Wi-Fi internet access and a dry cleaning service. A dedicated meeting room for up to 8 persons is available for guests to use.
We are strategically located near the river, just a stone’s throw away from the CBD by the ferry (within a very short walk) and really close to major sporting venues, parks, gardens and leisure activities, including bike ways, rock climbing, kayaking and many more.

Getting There	Arrival from Airport, sunshine coast or Gold Coast go to: Exit off the Story Bridge onto Cairns Street then at the roundabout turn off onto Deakin Street. Turn left at Rotherham Street, then right into Main Street. Follow along then take the second right onto Wharf Street. Arrival from Central Train Station, Ann Street: We are just a short cab drive away (approximately $12) depending on traffic and time of day. Ferry: Walk to Eagle Street Pier and catch the Ferry to Holman Street. The second street to your right is Main Street. Follow this along and the next street to your left is Wharf Street (approximtaely 4-5 minutes’ walk).

Things To Do	Kangaroo Point offers many attractions all within easy reach. South Bank Parklands is a pleasant walk or jog around the river bank along picturesque boardwalks. The Botanic Gardens and city walk is just a Ferry Ride. We have many options and opportunities for all activities - kayaking, cycling, swimming, rock climbing, picnics, children's playgrounds - ask our reception desk. An 'all day ticket' will entertain you for hours on the River Cat North and South of the Eagle Street Pier with lots of stops for food/beverage wonderful Restaurants and Bars at the Regatta, South Bank, Bulimba, Brett's Wharf For all those major sporting even the Gabba cricket ground, ANZ Stadium and Suncorp Stadium within a short cab ride away. The Gold Coast is a direct link onto the M1 only 50 minutes south, with Sea World, Movie World, Wet N Wild and many more attractions such as surfer's Paradise The Sunshine Coast is only one hour north with direct link to the Bruce Highway all the attractions such as Australia Zoo, Under Water World, great beaches, sunshine coast Hinterland with a Kaleidoscope of villages and attractions.
