We are a four star property. Three queen suites, complete with ensuites, fridges and tea and coffee facilities, overlooking the Bay Of Islands, this is a complete waterfront Bed & Breakfast.

A continental breakfast is served in our main dining area also overlooking the Bay, where all guests can mingle. We are a four minute stroll along the waterfront to town, restaurants and water activities. Across the road on the beach there is kayak, bike and dinghy availability.

Getting There	Our property is at 14 Marsden Road, situated on the corner of Marsden and Kings roads. As you enter Paihia from the south, on the left and just past a kayak hire operation on the right-hand side of the road is a three story building on the waterfront. The entry is around the corner on Kings Road. The reception is on the first floor. Underneath us is a Super Liquor retail outlet (not a bar). Your host's name is Jillian, who has worked overseas in international hotels.
Parking	We have off-street parking and security gates. Parking is free.
Things To Do	We are ideally situated for water activities which are the main attraction. Swimming with dolphins or dolphin watching, fishing and sailing, and a host of other tour activities. The area is also where Europeans and Maoris signed the Treaty Of Waitangi. There is parasailing for the more adventurous.
