Gorgeous three bedroom single family homes with fully sreened pools, furnished and decorated to high standards. All homes have a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer, iron & ironing board and are fully air conditioned. All properties are conveniently located between 12-15 minutes away from Disney and easily accessible to all of Orlando's theme parks such as Sea World and Universal. Amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops, golf courses are close by. Florida Mall and Millenia Mall are about 25 minutes away and Premium Outlets are about 15 minutes.

IMPORTANT SECURITY DEPOSIT NOTE TO GUESTS:
We require a security deposit in advance as we do not meet the guest at the time of check in. We provide them with the access codes to the property about 2 weeks before arrival so that they can go straight to the house. For the security deposit we charge USD$45 non refundable for an accidental waiver insurance that would cover for up to USD$1500 in the event of damages. As method of payment we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover

Check In Instructions	Once you have your WOTIF confirmation, you must contact the property manager NO LATER THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL to pay for the Property Protection Fee ($75) and obtain check in instructions. Stays of 1-4 nights will incur a cleaning fee.
