Airlie Beach Motor Lodge is located in a quiet, central location only 200 metres from Airlie Lagoon, beach, shops and restaurants. Select from Motel Rooms, Deluxe Studio Apartments and 2 bedroom Town Houses, set in a Resort Style complex. All units have a private balcony or patio with some seaviews overlooking Airlie Bay. There is a gazebo beside the saltwater pool and an outdoor entertainment area with a billiard table and BBQ. Most units are self-contained and all units have tea/toast making facilities and microwaves. Most rooms have access to free inhouse movies upon request and some rooms have their own DVD and CD players. Linen and bath towels are provided and beach towels may be hired. There are 2 laundries with washing machines and driers. All units are non-smoking and are maintained to a high standard by our management team. All Great Barrier Reef and Whitsunday Cruise and Tour Bookings are available free of charge. The friendly, helpful staff can advise the best cruise available to make your holiday memorable. The staff will book you tour and arrange for the courtesy bus pickup. |

| Getting There |
FLYING: Fly to Whitsunday Coast Airport at Proserpine. There are Coaches, Taxis, Limousines and Hire Cars available from the Airport. Alternately, you can fly to Hamilton Island and take the Ferry to Abel Point Marina. DRIVING: Drive north to Proserpine, and turn right towards Shute Harbour and Airlie Beach. Travel for approximately 20 minutes past Centro Shopping Centre (on the left), Cannonvale Shopping Centre (on the right) and Abel Point Marina (on the left). At the Round-about in Airlie Beach, TURN RIGHT in to Waterson Way, TURN RIGHT in to Begley Street, and TURN LEFT in to Lamond Street. ENTER the third driveway on the RIGHT at the sign that says Entrance. Look for Airlie Beach Motor Lodge and Golden Chain signs. TRAIN: Take the train to Proserpine Train Station. Whitsunday Transit Coaches meet all the trains and will deliver you to our doorstep. BUS: Take the bus to Airlie Beach Bus Station. It is a five to ten minute walk to Airlie Beach Motor Lodge or you can call a taxi for a few dollars. Walk along the Esplanade and Shute Harbour Road towards Proserpine. Turn left at the roundabout in to Waterson Way. Turn right in to Begley Street. Turn left in to Lamond Street. Take the second entrance and this will lead you to reception. |
