Waterview Airlie Beach is a small complex of six apartments, three studios and three one bedrooms all located in the heart of the Village. You can leave your car at the apartment, or not bring it at all. We are literally within walking distance of everything you could need.

Your fully self-contained studio or one bedroom apartment will boast all the modern conveniences. Each room has stunning views overlooking the Coral Sea and the Whitsunday Islands from your own balcony or porch. You also overlook the biggest swimming pool in Airlie Beach known as The Lagoon, free to use at your leisure. A short walk from the lagoon along the bicentennial walkway and you’re at Abel Point Marina, where you can take a ferry ride to one of the 74 Islands the Whitsundays have to offer.

When you return to Waterview Airlie Beach you will have all the creature comforts of home including air-conditioning, ceiling fans, LCD television and comfy sofa (which can convert to a sofa bed). If you would prefer, you can lounge around in your queen bed all day and explore the nightlife at bars, restaurants and shops in the village. If you’re in the mood to stay in for a meal each room offers a fully equipped kitchenette with hotplate, range hood, microwave, sink and fridge. All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are also provided.

Getting There Waterview Airlie Beach is situated in the heart of Airlie Beach.

If travelling by car, as entering the Airlie Beach Main Street from Proserpine turn right at the Waterson Way round-about and follow the signs to Airlie Crescent.

Waterview Airlie Beach is situated 30 metres from the Waterson Way and Airlie Crescent intersection.

If traveling by air and you disembark at the Whitsunday Airport, buses and taxis are available to bring you to our door. Travel time is approximately 45 minutes from the Whitsunday Airport.
Parking Off-street car parking is available free of charge.
Things To Do -Tours: For a great selection on what to do and some local knowledge, see the office and we can help you with all your questions. As an added bonus when you book with us we can organise to have you picked up and dropped off from our driveway.

-The Lagoon: The lagoon is approximately 100 metres from Waterview if you look out your sliding door you can see it. The lagoon is free to use at your leisure, 7 days a week 24 hours a day, lifeguards are on duty between 6am to 7pm daily. There are a variety of things to do at the Lagoon, well worth the walk. There is a wading pool and playground equipment for the kids as well.

-BBQ: BBQ facilities are available at the Lagoon free of charge, grab a table and seat, organise the essentials and enjoy the surroundings. Please note the Lagoon area is a dry zone.

-Driving: If you have a car, take the time to explore the area and discover the mainland. We have some great spots to take photographs, or just discover areas like Shute Harbour, Bowen, and Conway Beach, Cape Gloucester Resort and surrounding beaches and waterfalls in the area.

-Shopping: Shute Harbour Road is littered with boutique stores selling everything from souvenirs to fashion to massages, depends on what your heart desires. If you need to do more shopping than the street can offer then the Whitsunday Shopping Centre and Centro Shopping Centre have more boutiques to choose from.

-Restaurants: We have a great selection of cuisines scattered throughout the town, the majority are on Shute Harbour Road but the Esplanade is gaining a reputation of its own and has a great aspect overlooking the Coral Sea. So be it casual or a bit more formal, go for a walk and discover what we have to offer. If you are looking for something in particular please ask the office for a point in the right direction, we are more than happy to help.
