Once you have arrived on Phillip Island, follow the road signs to Cowes. Turn left at the 3rd Roundabout after arriving in Cowes - into Church Street, and then take the 3rd Street on your right - Osbourne Avenue. Alternatively, proceed through the Main shopping area until you reach the Foreshore, simply turn left onto The Espalnade and follow it around - it becomes Osbourne Ave. |
