SeaScapes is located on the Sunset Coast, right next to Mindarie Beach and only a short stroll from the beautiful restaurants and cafes of Mindarie Keys Marina. SeaScapes is a custom built boutique four bedroom Bed and Breakfast, featuring views to Rottnest and to the nearby Marina. Our four deluxe rooms each have their own private bathroom, walk-in-robe, air-conditioning and private upstairs deck access. All rooms include a free continental breakfast for all guests. For family groups, we also offer our unique family suite which comprises two double rooms connected by the same ensuite bathroom. Each room has the following facilities: - Fridge, tea and coffee making facilities - Daily supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, milk, and biscuits - TV, DVD player, clock radio - Air-conditioning with remote control Mindarie's beautiful beach is only 5 minutes walk from SeaScapes, via a pathway and boardwalk leading down to the beach. Featuring over 2 kilometres of unspoilt coastline, from Mindarie Beach, south to Burns Beach, this is one of the Sunset Coast's hidden treasures. Some attractions which are located a short walk from SeaScapes: Restaurants, Cafes and Taverns at Mindarie Marina, Perth's award winning micro brewery (Indian Ocean Brewing Company). Other nearby attractions: Botanic Golf, AQWA Aquarium, Hillarys Boat Harbour, Yanchep Sun City Golf club, and Yanchep National Park. For the comfort of all our guests, we have a policy of no smoking inside. An outdoor area has been allocated for smokers to use.
