The Annabella Hotel is situated on the 2nd floor of a magnificent old classic Florentine style building in the historical centre, very close to the Central Train Station of Firenze S. Maria Novella (only 3 minutes walk), nearby the Exhibition and Fair Centre of Fortezza da Basso, and in front of the Congress Centre and the Business Centre. The hotel is very near the wonderful Church of S. Maria Novella, the Medici Chapels and the traditional Market of San Lorenzo, next to the marvellous Church of San Lorenzo. The hotel has a lift and all rooms are equipped with private bath, shower, telephone, and colour TV. On demand, it's possible to have rooms with bath-tub and balcony. There is a panoramic roof terrace. Information about wine and food tours in Florence and in Tuscany countryside. No night curfew in hotel: concierge service is 24 hours a day. Internet and fax service in hotel. Before departure, you can leave your baggage at the hotel free of charge and for all the time needed. Credit Cards accepted: VISA, MC, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS. From the local airport: catch the bus that goes to Firenze SMN station (the central train station). By train: at the central train station Firenze S.M.N., left exit (where the pharmacy is). The train station is nearby the hotel (only 100 mt.). By car from Rome: on the highway A1, go towards Milan and leave the motorway at FIRENZE SUD exit, then follow the signs for CENTRO CITTA' - STAZIONE CENTRALE S. MARIA NOVELLA. The hotel is only few minutes walk away from the most important monuments and museums: Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio (the Old Palace), Ponte Vecchio (the Old Bridge), Galleria dell'Accademia (Accademia Gallery, where you can see the famous statue of David), Duomo with Cupola of Brunelleschi (the famous Florence Dome), Giotto Tower, Baptistery, Dante's house, Bargello's museum, Church of Santa Croce, Church of Orsanmichele, Church of Santo Spirito. At close range, you can find shops and stores of very famous fashion designer labels (Ferragamo, Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, etc.), and boutiques of great leather handicraftsmen, irresistible wine shops and traditional and typical restaurants.
