Location: The modern 4 star hotel is situated in the very heart of Buda, at the gate of the city centre, exactly where the roads coming from Vienna (M1) and from lake Balaton (M7) reach the central downtown area. Convenient public transportation (bus and tram stop at 150 meters) puts the entire city centre within easy reach in minutes. Should you decide going to the center by car, the main road will lead you directly to Váci utca ( famous pedestrian street – 2 km) through Elisabeth bridge. But it is really worth taking a beautiful walk along the foot of Gellért Hill to the Castle district or to the bank of the Danube. You find world famous Gellért Thermal bath just the opposite side of the hill! Budapest Convention Centre (400 meters) and MOM Park shopping-, entertainment-, and business centre (500 meters) are in the neighborhood, so the hotel is an ideal base for accessing the business district as well. Suburb cities like Budaörs ( 9 km ) and Törökbálint (15km) are less than 15 minutes by car, thanks to the perfect road connections. |

LOCATION: Ferihegy Airport 20 km Railways station (Déli) 1,5 km, ( Keleti ) 5.5 km City center 2 km Exhibition grounds: 8 km Name: HUNGEXPO Highway: No.M1, M7 Exit: MARGIT HÍD, CENTRUM Coming from Vienna (M1) or from the Lake Balaton (M7) you arrive to Budapest at the Budaörsi út, follow the signs staying on Budaörsi út keeping always right: 1.sign „Erzsébet híd“, 2.sign „ Margit híd“ cross the rails, follow the road and arrive to Hotel Mediterran. By bus From Ferenciek Square and Váci utca: take bus no. 8 or 112 and get off at BAH Csomopont. From Boráros Square: take bus no. 212 and get off at BAH-csomópont (Budaörsi út) By train From Budapest Déli (South) Railway Station: take tram no. 61 (direction Móricz Zsigmond Square )and get off at BAH Csomopont. The hotel is 100 metres/109 yards from the stop. From Budapest Keleti (East) Railway Station: take the metro to Budapest Déli (South) Railway Station and then follow the directions above. From Budapest Nyugati (West) Railway Station: take the tram no. 4 or 6 to Moszkva Square, then change to tram nr 61 (direction Móricz Zsigmond Square) and get off at BAH Csomopont.
