The Kermandie Hotel is an authentic country hotel true to its art deco style, which offers traditional friendly pub service with great food and hospitality. The Kermandie is located 45 minutes south of Hobart on the major tourist route to the Tahune Airwalk, Hastings Caves and Cockle Creek.
For travellers seeking a balance between comfort and value for money, our ensuite hotel rooms offer old world charm, magnificent views of the Huon River with all the services and facilities required to ensure your stay is enjoyable. We have single, double and family rooms as well as a communal guest lounge.
Other facilities that the hotel has to offer include a restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week; the River View Gallery & Wine Bar which proudly displays varied and interesting works of art by local artists and offers a first class wine list featuring more than 20 Tasmanian wines, another 20 wines from further afield and 18 wines by the glass; a traditional Public Bar and Bottleshop; and function facilities which can accommodate up to 150 persons for a sit-down dinner or up to 250 persons for a cocktail style function.

Getting There	To get to our hotel you travel south of Hobart on the A6 highway, passing through Kingston, Huonville and Franklin. The closest airport is 10-15 minutes east of Hobart centre (about 1 hour from us). A scenic 45 minute drive south of Hobart on the A6 highway.
